At RIP-IT Sports, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure every athlete is satisfied with their purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the product is unused.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
